ENCORE II Task Order Guide Lines

The ENCORE II Task Order (TO) Guidelines is a comprehensive handbook of how to use the ENCORE II Contracts. The guidelines consist of a five chapter basic document with twenty-two separate attachments which further explain ENCORE II and provide templates for assembling your requirements package. DISA revises the Guidelines as needed to improve the process for using the contracts. You can read the TO Guidelines on-line or download to your PC.
