DSA approaches Encore II Task Orders by applying our systems engineering process, which we call Agile and Concurrent Engineering (ACE). We determine requirements, assess DSA strengths, and select teammates to fill gap.. Team DSA can respond to any requirement within the scope of Encore II, provide coverage in all Task Areas, implement the right solution, and meet or exceed customer expectations and mission requirements. We will continue to search for companies with new and innovative ideas and work with the Contracting Officer to add those partners as needed. DSA, as the prime, will be the direct interface to the Government on Task Orders. DSA has established an organizational structure that ensures that our teaming partners will always play an integral role in our Task Order bidding and execution processes. By leveraging Team DSA relationships across DoD and other Federal agencies, Team DSA will promote Encore II throughout the Federal Government as the contract vehicle of choice for accomplishing IT tasks.

Team DSA is a diverse team comprised of well-known, experienced DoD and Federal Agency support firms, complemented by a group of IT companies relatively new to the Federal marketplace that can deliver the new and innovative products and professional services required to support the mission of today’s warfighter.
